The Midwest Google Apps Summit is a high intensity two day, hands on conference that focuses on integrating Google Apps for Education in K-12 and Higher Ed learning environments.  All presentations will be Google Certified Teachers, Google Apps for Education Certified Trainers, practicing administrators and local Googley talent.

Dexter has been working in the technology field for about 8 years. Most of that time has been spent working in high schools and education. Dexter is a Certified Google Education Trainer / Google Apps Certified Trainer, a technology integration specialist, and is currently a Building Computer Technician at Maine West High School in Des Plaines, IL.

Technology has been a passion of his almost his entire life. He constantly strives to be up-to-date and knowledgeable about the latest and greatest tech. Dexter tells participants in the workshops he leads that he was so impressed with what Google had done with their Apps for Education package he had to get involved! Since getting involved as a Google Apps Certified Trainer he has offered workshops on technology integration at several school districts, and presented sessions and led workshops at conferences such as ICE, IETC, RSAC, Google Summits, and others.
